3. Payments
3.1 Pricing
All services are priced based on the scope and frequency of the cleaning required. A detailed quote will be provided prior to the commencement of services.

Customers must provide BaseBurn Cleaning Services with access to the property and areas to be cleaned at the agreed-upon time.
5.2 Safety and Security
Customers are responsible for securing their valuables. BaseBurn Cleaning Services is not liable for any loss or damage unless it is proven to be due to our negligence.

6.1 Damage and Loss
While we strive to deliver our services with the utmost care, BaseBurn Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damages or for any damages that occur as a result of customer negligence.
6.2 Insurance
BaseBurn Cleaning Services carries appropriate insurance coverage. Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Customer
Customers may terminate their service with BaseBurn Cleaning Services by providing 14 days’ written notice.

BaseBurn Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these terms and conditions, non-payment, or any other reasonable cause.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
